At Vallcha, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry. We offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear and proper use.
What Is Covered
This limited warranty covers verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a covered issue is confirmed, Vallcha may, at its sole discretion, repair the item, replace it with a comparable item, or provide another appropriate remedy.
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage, impact, misuse, or improper care
- Loss or theft
- Damage caused by chemicals, cosmetics, water exposure, improper storage, or improper cleaning
- Bent rings, broken chains caused by force, worn prongs, or loose stones resulting from ordinary wear
- Damage caused by third-party repairs, modifications, resizing, or alterations
- Natural gemstone, diamond, pearl, or metal characteristics and variations
Natural Characteristics
Natural diamonds, gemstones, pearls, and precious metals may show inclusions, variations in color, texture, shape, or other inherent characteristics. These are not considered manufacturing defects.
Warranty Process
To submit a warranty claim, contact [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos. Vallcha may require the item to be returned for inspection before determining eligibility.
Sole Remedy
For an approved warranty claim, Vallcha’s obligation is limited, at its sole discretion, to repairing the item, replacing it with a comparable item, or refunding the purchase price of the affected item. This warranty does not cover shipping costs unless required by applicable law.
Jewelry Care
To preserve your jewelry, remove it before sleeping, exercising, swimming, showering, or using lotions, perfumes, hairspray, and household cleaning products. Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to reduce scratching and wear.
Cleaning
Most fine jewelry can be gently cleaned with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush or lint-free cloth. Delicate gemstones, pearls, special finishes, and intricate settings may require specialized care or professional cleaning.
Unauthorized Repairs
Please contact Vallcha before arranging repair with a third party. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations may void warranty coverage.
