These Terms of Service govern your use of vallcha.com, submission of an inquiry, request for a personalized proposal, communications with Vallcha, and purchases completed through Vallcha LLC (“Vallcha,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing vallcha.com, submitting an inquiry, requesting a personalized proposal, or completing a purchase through Vallcha, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others.

Product Information

We strive to make product descriptions, images, pricing information, specifications, and availability accurate. However, product imagery may vary slightly from the final piece due to screen settings, lighting, natural material variation, handmade craftsmanship, or the unique characteristics of gemstones.

Product listings and website content do not constitute a binding offer to sell. Final availability, specifications, pricing, and timelines are confirmed only in a personalized proposal or invoice.

Jewelry Disclosures

Natural diamonds, gemstones, pearls, and precious metals may contain inclusions and natural variations in color, shape, size, texture, and appearance. These characteristics are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.

Where applicable, laboratory-grown diamonds, gemstone treatments, material details, and other important characteristics will be disclosed in the personalized proposal, invoice, product description, certificate, or accompanying documentation. Descriptions of lab-grown diamonds must clearly distinguish them from mined diamonds.

Personalized Proposals

All product availability, final specifications, pricing, estimated production timelines, shipping arrangements, and applicable transaction terms are subject to confirmation in a personalized written proposal or invoice.

A purchase is confirmed only after the client approves the applicable proposal and payment is received.

Payments

By approving a proposal and submitting payment, the client confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the selected item, specifications, pricing, delivery estimate, payment terms, shipping arrangement, and applicable return terms.

Vallcha may require payment in full or in part before reserving an item, sourcing a stone, beginning production, making modifications, or arranging shipment.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Shipping, returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty coverage are governed by Vallcha’s Shipping Policy, Private Client Terms, Payment & Returns, and Warranty & Care Policy. These policies are incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, jewelry designs, product descriptions, and photography, is owned by or licensed to Vallcha and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use such content without Vallcha’s prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vallcha shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or from a purchase, possession, or use of a Vallcha product.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
