Can I try on the piece of jewelry that I saw on your website, as I am really fond of it? + -

At Vallcha, we understand the significance of trying on jewelry. That's why we provide free shipping on all orders without any minimum purchase requirement. Additionally, our confidence in the quality of our jewelry is reflected in our money-back guarantee. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days for a full refund.

What is your return policy? + -

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within the first 30 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange. We will even cover the return shipping cost for U.S. and Canada customers, with a limit of three returns per customer. International customers will incur a small return shipping fee of $50. Note that engraved items will incur a $25 re-polishing fee. To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team through the Contact Us page.
  2. Advise the representative of your intention to return the order.
  3. Within one business day, we will email you a prepaid, fully insured FedEx 2-Day label along with instructions for safely packaging your items.
  4. Take the order and the label to the nearest FedEx location and mail it back to us. FedEx will provide you with packaging materials if needed.
  5. Your order should arrive at our office within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  6. Refunds will be processed within two weeks and will be issued in the original form of payment. Bank wires will be refunded with a company check.

Please note, improperly packaged items, items shipped beyond the 30-day return period, and uninsured items will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition." Used or damaged items, or items showing obvious signs of alteration by a jeweler other than Vallcha, will not be accepted.


Loose diamonds must be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report or a $150 fee will be charged to replace the certificate. Special orders cannot be returned, unless they are rings with a mounted center diamond, such as the Design Your Own rings.

Although we have a retail location and showroom in New York City, our primary focus is online. This allows us to keep our overhead costs low and concentrate on providing you with exceptional quality and service. Even if you're not located in NYC, you can still enjoy the benefits of shopping with us.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal. Many customers purchasing items valued over $1,000 prefer to pay by wire transfer. Wire transfer orders receive a 1.5% discount from our listed price. Customers paying by wire will receive wiring instructions once they have completed the check-out process.
We must receive confirmation from our bank that a wire transfer has been completed before items can be shipped. At our sole discretion, we may require bank wire payment for any international order or orders in excess of $20,000.
Credit card orders can be placed online using our secure server or over the phone with our customer service department. For security purposes, Vallcha may request additional documentation (such as a driver's license, photocopy of credit card, etc.) on some transactions.
